一、功能概述：
瑞柯FT-8200雙電四探針?lè)勰╇娮杪蕼y(cè)試系統(tǒng)（智能型）量程方阻測(cè)量范圍、可測(cè)量到-5次方或-6次方，采用集成電路模塊；智能一體化結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，整體大方， USB，232通訊接口，高精恒直流恒流源 ，提供四探針?lè)ê退亩朔▋煞N測(cè)量模式并存， 全程采用PC軟件操作，自動(dòng)測(cè)試過(guò)程數(shù)據(jù)曲線及圖譜分析，實(shí)時(shí)分析壓強(qiáng)/壓力與電阻，電阻率，電導(dǎo)率的變化關(guān)系，及報(bào)表生成，存儲(chǔ)，打印等.

二、滿足標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：
1）四探針測(cè)試儀滿足GB/T 1551、GB/T1552-1995，ASTM F84美國(guó)A.S.T.M 標(biāo)準(zhǔn).
